My 96 year old dad loves to say that I'm his CEO! When it comes to parent care, is that a good thing? or a bad thing? Well, after doing some research, it seems that there are a lot of similarities! When it comes to elderly parent care, you may be working hard like a CEO, but are you working smart? There are many facets of caring for elderly parents, especially when you are are caring for elderly parents at home. Many parts of senior care can cause caregiver stress or caregiver burnout, and this video might shed some light on why.
In this video, I'm going to compare being a corporate CEO to being a parent care CEO. Whether you're caring for your elderly mother or caring for your elderly father, I bet that you aren't giving yourself enough credit for all that you do! And you do a lot!
