Operator project presented the project results at the 2023 MIT Portugal Annual Conference!
Operator developed tools for risk exposure data analysis in the industrial workplace, building on the concepts of Positive Ergonomics, Operator 4.0 and the Job Quality Indices by the Eurofound, by collecting and visualizing data on the physical environment, work intensity, and self-perceived well-being. The project’s objective was to approach the digitalization of the industrial workplace holistically, from the workers’ point of view, using participatory design and gathering and crossing quantitative and qualitative data to build a richer picture of the workers’ well-being and enabling better predictive models towards assisting in the creation of high-quality jobs.
