Putin vowed to intensify attacks across Ukraine, after Kyiv struck the Russian city of Belgorod. Addressing Russian soldiers injured in Ukraine, Putin said: 'For our part, we will increase the strikes that I talked about. Undoubtedly, such crime, and this, of course, is a crime against the civilian population, will not go unpunished'.
