The Port of Stockton has hired Aquatic Harvest to clear the green congestion that is known as water hyacinth. This invasive plant species floats on top water and inhibits ships and boats from passing through the Port's waterways. The Port has also authorized Aquatic Harvest to venture to downtown Stockton and clear the water of water hyacinth in the city as well.
