A sixth grader has been killed and several others have been injured after a school shooting at Perry High School in Iowa. Authorities have identified 17-year-old Dylan Butler as the perpetrator of the attack, which left four students and one administrator injured. Police say Butler opened fire inside the school, before dying as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
