Hello all friends! Today I show you my version of endive pizza, a typical Neapolitan recipe that we love in the family! This homemade pizza is crunchy at the base and has a soft, delicious dough. All you need is a bowl and a spoon and then you will only have to make a few folds in the dough. I'll also show you how to roll out the pizza on a pan to get a perfect result! For the filling I followed the typical Neapolitan recipe of endive, seasoned with anchovies, capers, olives, pine nuts and raisins. a real goodness!

Ingredients for a mold 30 x 30 cm
500 g of flour type 0 (strength factor W 260-300) (protein 12 /12.5)
Water 350 g (room temperature)
Extra virgin olive oil 15 g
Salt 10 g
Fresh yeast 5 g (2 g if you use dry yeast)
Escarole 1 kg
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Gaeta olives 100 g
Anchovies 20 g
Raisins (first soaked) 20 g
Pine nuts 20 g
Capers 20 g
