Some of my best flows come from teaching new students that want/need a particular focus......and then practicing it to see how it feels in the body. I hope you enjoy this one.

It evolved from not being able to apply weight in the wrists, to a practice of twisted triko into koundinyasana to parsvakakasana combo. Make it your own but I hope this brings you some creativity for your own flows~
