On April 26th, 2022, an officer was conducting surveillance on a vehicle. The automatic license plate reader read back that the driver’s registration was suspended. The driver was later identified as Jennierose Kessing-Saunders.
Kessing-Saunders was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and obstruction of justice. She also had an active warrant out of Branchburg, New Jersey and a fugitive warrant out of Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The two officers were transported to the hospital for minor injuries.
