Dashcam footage shows police capturing an escaped inmate who fled from Illinois to Wisconsin during a wild chase on July 15. Authorities said Wesley Anderson carjacked two people during his flee attempt after escaping custody during transport to Lake County jail. Anderson was taken into custody by Pleasant Prairie police and Kenosha County deputies. The inmate became combative with deputies at a hospital after they stopped him from using a garbage can as a toilet. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.
