Mahua Moitra Expelled from Parliament: 'कैश फॉर क्वेरी' मामले में टीएमसी सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा की लोकसभा सदस्यता को लेकर सदन में आज खूब बहस हुई. एथिक्स कमेटी की रिपोर्ट आज सदन में पेश की गई थी. जिसके बाद कसभा में बहस चल भी चली. इस दौरान कांग्रेस नेता मनीष तिवारी ने भी अपना पक्ष रखा. कांग्रेस सांसद मनीष तिवारी ने कहा कि इस मामले में एथिक्स कमिटी द्वारा अपनाई गई प्रक्रिया प्राकृति न्याय के मूलभूत सिद्धांतों का दमन करती है. मनीष तिवारी ने कहा कि कथित 'आरोपी' को अपना बयान भी पूरा नहीं देने दिया गया. यह किस तरह की न्याय प्रक्रिया है. आज यह संसद नहीं है. हम जज और जूरी बनकर बैठे हैं. इस पर लोकसभा स्पीकर ने टोकते हुए कहा, 'मनीष जी आप यह डिबेट संसद में कर रहे हैं या कोर्ट में. यह सांसद है कोर्ट नहीं. मैं न्यायाधीश नहीं हूं मैं सभापति हूं.'
