On November 12, Gaza's largest hospital, Al Shifa, and another significant facility, Al-Quds, announced the suspension of operations as Gaza stands at the centre of Israel's onslaught against Hamas. Israel has insisted the doctors, patients, and evacuees in these hospitals to evacuate for facilitating the destruction of what they claim are Hamas command centers situated under and around them. According to Palestinian officials, three premature babies have died at Al Shifa, and dozens more are at risk due to a lack of electricity.
