Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is supposed to be back in Canada to attend a Liberal caucus.

However, problems with Trudeau's Royal Canadian Air Force CC-150 Polaris have left him, along with a Canadian delegation who went to the G20 summit, stranded in India for a second night.
