Do you have a mixer Mix sugar and gelatin, you will be amazed by the result!
All you need is a blender and a good mood. A recipe that can rightly be called magic. And all because I believe that real magic will happen in the process of making this dish. And we prepare a very interesting and delicious dessert from just 3 ingredients! NO baking! Cooking is easy. You will love it!

❤️ Preparation and ingredients:
30 g gelatin
120 ml of cold water
Let stand for 10 minutes
250 grams of sugar
100 ml of water
20 ml lemon juice
prepare the form in advance. I have 20 * 20cm.
Grease very well with vegetable oil
Heat over medium / low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved
after boiling - cook over low heat for 10 minutes
add soft gelatin
stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved
immediately start whisking with a blender
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
as soon as the mixture becomes white and tough, immediately pour 1/2 part into the mold
add some food coloring to the rest of the mixture (optional)
stir quickly and pour into a mold on a white layer
Let stand in a cool place until completely solidified
Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
Dust the marshmallow generously with sprinkles
