Sugar 30-40 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp.

Apples - 500 g
Cinnamon - to taste (you don’t have to add it if you’re not a fan)
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
Sugar - to taste

Sour cream or yogurt – 300-400 g
Corn starch - 30 g
