A huge fire has broken out in Reading town centre at an under construction building sending plumes of smoke into the sky.
The fire close to Reading train station began at around 11.38am this morning.
A number of fire crews and emergency services are currently at the scene.
Video from the scene showed a man being winched to safety.
People have been told to avoid the area, with nearby locals told to close their windows and doors.
